Feed Your AI

Drop it into Claude Code, ChatGPT, or any AI tool. Now it knows everything.

⚠️ Requires Claude Pro ($20/mo minimum). The free tier of Claude does not support Projects or Claude Code. You need at least the Pro plan to upload your Business DNA and have Claude remember it across conversations. Think of it this way — a single virtual assistant costs $800-1,500/mo. This gives you an AI that knows your entire business for $20.

01 — The Business

What it is, what it does, how it makes money
The name your customers know you by
Explain it like you're telling a friend at a BBQ. What do you sell, who buys it, and how does money come in the door?
List every way money comes in — products, services, subscriptions, referrals, etc.
🧠

02 — The Maker

Your story, credibility, and unfair advantage
How did you get here? What's the journey from where you started to where you are now? Include the turning points.
List your proof: years of experience, results achieved, revenue numbers, notable clients, certifications, media features, whatever makes you legit.
Your unfair advantage. What do you do that competitors don't, won't, or can't? What's the intersection of skills that makes you unique?
The one sentence that drives everything you do. What's the hill you'll die on?
🎯

03 — Your Audience

Who you serve, what keeps them up at night
Be specific. Age range, gender, experience level, income, location — paint the picture.
The specific pain points that make people pull out their wallet. Not features — problems.
Do they know the jargon? Have they tried competitors? Are they beginners or experienced?
Platforms, communities, influencers they follow, podcasts they listen to.
📦

04 — Products & Process

What you sell and how the business actually works
Your main product or service — the thing that drives most of your revenue. Include pricing.
Upsells, downsells, subscriptions, add-ons, free tiers — anything beyond the core.
Walk through every step: where they find you, what they see, how they decide to buy, and what happens after they pay.
If you have a proprietary process, framework, or method — describe it. Steps, phases, or principles you follow and teach.
🛠

05 — Tech Stack & Tools

What you use to run the business
List every tool you use — CRM, email, payments, design, project management, analytics, everything. Include what you use each one for.
What tools frustrate you? What processes are still manual? What falls through the cracks?
👥

06 — Your Team

Who else is involved in the business
List everyone who works in or on the business — employees, contractors, VAs, partners. Include their role and what they're responsible for.
Be honest. Where do your hours go each day? What tasks eat up your time?
🎨

07 — Brand & Voice

How you communicate and present yourself
Pick 3-5 words that describe your brand's tone. How should your business "feel" to customers?
How do you naturally talk to your audience? What words or phrases do you always use? What do you avoid?
Any custom terminology, nicknames, or branded language your business uses. Define each one.
Hex codes or descriptions of your brand colors. Optional but helpful for AI-generated design.
📊

08 — Numbers & Goals

Where you are, where you're going
What numbers matter most in your business? Revenue, leads, close rate, customer count, churn, LTV — whatever you check daily/weekly.
What's the #1 thing limiting your growth? Be brutally honest.
If you could wave a magic wand and fix ONE thing in your business, what would it be?
🤖

09 — AI Delegation Map

What your AI should and shouldn't do
What are the repetitive, time-consuming tasks you'd love to hand off? These become your first AI "skills."
Are there tasks, decisions, or communications that must stay human? Boundaries are important.
What judgment calls do you make over and over? These are perfect for AI decision frameworks — teach it your criteria.
Social posts, emails, proposals, reports — anything you write/create on a recurring basis.
💡

10 — Anything Else

Context that didn't fit above
Anything else your AI should know — industry-specific rules, legal requirements, personal preferences, competitor info, seasonal patterns, whatever matters.
